What a journey! WTAC 2025 is already a great success with 810 participants from 46 countries registered. It`s turning into a truly exceptional opportunity for our global TA community to come together, share, and grow.
If you haven’t booked your ticket yet, now is the time. Ticket sales will close at the end of June or once we reach 900 participants; whichever comes first. With the current momentum, we expect to be fully booked very soon.
The Gala party is also shaping up to be a memorable celebration, with 220 guests already signed up for a joyful evening of music, connection, and shared joy.

We are happy to announce that since 1 June, the IBOC welcomed new TEW coordinator Marina Rajan Joseph (TSTA-E).
We are grateful for Jacqueline van Gent’s work as TEW coordinator for the past 2 years. We thank Jacqueline for her time and dedication, for staying a month longer, and for guaranteeing a thorough hand over to Marina. We are also thankful that her work for the IBOC runs smoothly based on all of the thinking, efforts, and clear structure in documentation that she did in your time as IBOC cochair with Sue Eusden. We wish Jacqueline and her loved ones all the best.

IBOC will organize online CTA and TSTA exams on the 9th, 10th and 11th of October, 2025. We call you (all CTAs, PTSTAs, STAs, TTAs, TSTAs) to register to be part in these exam events in different roles:
Examiner, Chair person, Observer to the board in the CTA exams
Examiner, Chair person, Observer to the board in the TSTA exams (only STAs/TTAs/TSTAs)
Volunteer in the TSTA exams (CTAs/PTSTAS to be a Supervisee in an STA exam, an audience member in a TTA exam, or support a TTA exam as zoom assistant)
Process Facilitator (only TSTAs)

NEW this time: we sent out ONE Google form for all exams – different from before, where we send out two different Google forms for CTA and TSTA exams.

In our Written Exam Workshops in November, we will explore these topics to support the cultivation of a community of evaluators through dialogue, curiosity, and discovery. We invite CTAs, PTSTAs, and TSTAs to register at their convenience.
These workshops are intended to support ITAA members, certified to CTA, PTSTA or TSTA level, who wish to be involved in the marking of IBOC CTA Written Exams. There are two workshops: one intended for those new to marking exams and one for those with experience of marking. The workshops are free to attend and please book your spot in advance.

We were excited to welcome the newest member of the coeditorial TAJ team, Andy Williams.
Andy is a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (psychotherapy) who practices in Leeds, West Yorkshire, North United Kingdom. His original degree in zoology and ecology has become more relevant due to his passion for eco-TA and climate crisis issues. Before engaging solely in private practice, he worked as a psychotherapist in the UK’s National Health Service (NHS). For the last 15 years, he has run his own TA training organization and is deeply involved in clinical supervision. Andy is doing doctoral research (DProf) at the University of Chester and is a member of the UK Association for TA Research Committee. His research interests include clinical supervision fit-for-purpose in a sociopolitical context and the supervision of therapists working with clients at risk of suicide. Andy has already become a valuable part of the TAJ team, contributing cogent and insightful input into discussions and important feedback on manuscript submissions.
We welcome Andy and thank him for his willingness to join in helping to produce the TAJ for the worldwide TA community.
