SUMMARY:ITAA Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:ITAA Annual General Meeting* \nThe International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA) holds its Annual General Meeting on Saturday\, August 9\, 2025\, from 8:00 to 8:50 am CEST / 6:00 to 6:50 am UTC. The event will be held in person at Le Corum\, at Esplanade Charles de Gaulle\, 34000 Montpellier\, France and will also be live stream via Zoom. \nFor in person attendees in Montpellier\, doors to the meeting room\, Antigone 3\, open at 7:30 a.m. for check-in. \nFor participants who choose to attend vial live stream\, a Zoom link will be emailed to you closer to the date. We will use the Zoom online meeting platform for hosting the online part of this event. You can download the application free from the website: https://www.zoom.us. \nAgenda:\n• Welcome to members and visitors\n• Adoption of the minutes of the 2024 AGM\n• Presentation and confirmation of the budget\n• Report of the board with a focus on the strategy for the future. (Information about the activities of the past year will be shared ahead of the meeting.)\n• Changes in the board \nThe meeting’s agenda centers on the future direction of the association. Members are asked to review the AGM Packet in advance. The packet includes the 2024 Minutes and the 2025 Budget\, both of which are scheduled for a formal vote of approval during the session. The association anticipates a productive session\, leveraging the hybrid format to ensure broad member participation in these key strategic discussions. \n*This event is for ITAA members only. All attendees must register prior to the event for both in person and live stream. Members will received emails from ITAA with registration information. Only ITAA members in good standing as of 30 June 2025 (the “Record Date”) are entitled to vote.
